situations, and learning secrets other people only wish they knew.

direction while restoring your credit the fastest way possible,
even if you have just recently been discharged from bankruptcy !
THE SECRETS TO "A1" CREDIT
RATING
It is estimated that over 65% of all credit
reports have some type of misleading, inaccurate or negative
information. You can save a lot of time and frustration by learning
the secrets to a great credit rating. Here's a small sample of the
things you must do for repairing and/or maintaining your credit
report:
Check your credit report at least
once a year and have any inaccurate information removed
-
Your
credit reporting agency will correct only ONE item at a time and
all correspondence with credit bureaus MUST be done by registered
mail
-
Limit
the number of inquiries on your credit report. With each inquiry
you will lower your credit score thus, preventing you from
obtaining the loan you need. Be especially careful if shopping for
a car!
-
Use
a mortgage broker when applying for a loan or mortgage to
eliminate the number of inquiries on your credit file.
-
Maintain
your employment and residence status for at least TWO years.
-
Do
Not carry your credit card balances near, at or over the credit
limit - such activity will lower your credit score
-
Pay
your minimum payments on time and in full as required by your
monthly statement. Credit reports will show how many times you
have been 30, 60, or 90 days late.
THE
FASTEST WAY TO RE-ESTABLISH YOUR CREDIT
Building
a good credit history is important. If you have no reported credit
history, it may take time to establish your first account. This
problem affects young people just beginning careers as well as older
people who have never used credit. It also affects divorced or widowed
spouses who shared credit accounts that were reported only in the
other spouses name.
The fastest way to establish or re-establish your credit is with a
Secured Credit Card. Small private loans or, loans for used cars from
your local used car dealer are not going to help you much, because
these types of loans are NOT reported to the credit bureaus. All
credit cards, whether they are regular bank cards, department store
cards, secured or unsecured are reported to your credit bureau and all
activities are updated monthly.
Currently, most Canadian banks fall behind when it comes to providing
help to establish or re-establish credit. Some offer a secured credit
card that requires up to 3x the amount of deposit. This means that if
you need $500.00 credit limit you would have to deposit as much as
$1,500.00, but that's NOT the case here!
Let's
take a look at some of the other benefits of the RIGHT Secured credit
card:
-
Accepted
at over 595,000 Canadian locations and over 23 million around the
world
-
Cash
advances available at over 718,000 ATMs
-
Your
security deposit account earns one of the highest savings rates
available
-
The
amount of your security deposit is equal to your credit limit
-
Rent
your favorite movies, make purchases over the phone or the
internet and most of all start establishing your credit.
The
above is just a small sample of the benefits you will enjoy when you
apply for a Secured Credit Card. This product is designed for
Canadians who are either trying to establish a credit history or
rehabilitate their credit.
